Our industrial product offerings include our high efficiency Three-pass Thermal Fluid heater, Waste Heat Recovery Units, circulating pumps, expansion tanks, deaerator tanks, combustion pre-heat economizers, control valves, and process optimizing control systems. Our engineering department employs updated computer models of our units to ensure proper flux, film, and tube wall temperatures in our coil for each application. We also verify that system pressure drop and temperature rise are well within our design parameters to ensure long product life and optimal efficiency. Our heating coils are ASME code stamped to section I or section VIII, depending on the customer’s needs. We also welcome customization at Volcanic to meet your specific heating needs.
